Duisburg brewery with good food and even better beer!

Sometimes the service is a bit weak (not fill the beer glass fully, don't see empty glasses and ask for refill), but that's not a reason to reduce the stars of my review. The self made beer is awesome!!!, really. The food is delicious as hell. They are fast in general, the scene is really comfortable. It's one of my favourite places in Germany. Thank you so much, Webster!

Update from 9/8/2020: Super waitress nice, fast, competent and super tasty the knuckle of All you can was with 0.7l of beer, There were four of us dinner here and everyone loved it! It works ?? Unfortunately, I don't think a brewery that doesn't brew beer is credible. The saving tips were very fat and not grilled. In addition, cold ketchup poured over it so that it is not noticeable. That is really better for 19 euros. The tarte flambée Mexican with chicken is not exactly a hit when you can hardly find chicken. It won't be a shame with regular customers, it will be difficult for walk-in customers in the Corona time

The food was okay, the hospitality was great, only the prices are above average.

Very good food, with a delicious hopped light, what more could you want? The ambience in the beer house tradition is brilliant. Very friendly staff, even if you yourself are a little affected by the effect of the beer. Thumbs up and deserve 5 stars!

I have been coming to Webster more or less regularly for about 5 years. The beer is absolutely delicious and you won't find anything comparable in the area. The service is always relaxed and, even in times when the hut has burned, never unfriendly or in a bad mood. Therefor 3 stars. The two missing go into the kitchen. A huge offer, great names for the respective dishes, but absolutely marginal in taste. I've tried it again and again, tried a lot of dishes, what can I say? The result remains the same. Today there was a mixed salad with chicken breast fillet, actually nothing you can go wrong. The kitchen managed to roast the meat so dead that there was a risk of dust lung. It's a shame. I will come back anyway as the beer is so delicious. Then I'll just go to eat somewhere else beforehand.

The Websters Brauhaus invites you to a cozy get-together. In addition to a large outdoor terrace, there is also a bowling alley, not necessarily brand new, but you can still have fun with the right people The food was good, the drinks menu offered besides the self-tanned beer also some beer cocktails, such as Pamela A, Steffi G. or Heidi K. Overall a nice evening in Websters Brewery.

Although I have been living in Duisburg for almost my whole life, I only recently discovered this great inn and was enthusiastic from the start. There is home-brewed beer, which is really delicious. Also very tasty, classic German dishes, although the menu is not overcrowded. So far, the service has always been very friendly and above all fast (which I often miss). The only thing that could be criticized are the relatively high prices, but here, in contrast to other similar restaurants, there is a lot on offer. In this respect, there are a full five stars and an absolute recommendation!

We have been going to the Webster brewery for years. So far we have failed to write a review. Right now it is important to show solidarity and support the landlords. At first we were skeptical about how our visit would go after this long time with a mask and all the hygiene requirements. We were more than pleasantly surprised at how well everything was organized. The service worked as ever and the food was good as usual. We will be back very soon and are looking forward to taking a seat in the enlarged beer garden soon. Thank you very much and all the best!

Great food, really nice staff, lots of place for lunch,but you should consider getting a reservation for dinner. They brew their own beer and the decorations are really cool and related to what they do. The food was quickly served, and everything was really nice.

Pleasant room founded in 1992 with lots of exposed wood and two splendid brass beer vats. As a brewery it offers a very select (apparently poor) choice, but the quality is excellent. The kitchen offers tasty and well-prepared dishes. Absolutely try the Treberbrot, malt bread. As dessert they only have apple strudel. If it ends, you can convince the waiter to make pancakes for you. A full dinner costs about 35 euros each

Classical German brewery. Service not very well, we asked to open a table outside (the day was beautiful outside), but the waiter told us that they didn't open it for us, even though there were about fifteen people outside. Fortunately, they recovered with great and abundant food.

Brewery pub with good atmosphere. The food and beer is of good quality. However the service isn't great, never been yapped at before by waitress, so that was a new experience. Also the beer prices are way to high and not justified. Beer is as expansive as on the Munich Oktoberfest only one is a the biggest festival in the world and the other a pub in Duisburg.

good place for german food

Food is alright, the service on the other hand was terrible. Slow, unfriendly, ignored. There were 4 waiters/waitresses around, with a half empty restaurant, stood there eating their dinner in the middle of the restaurant but ignored us completely for 30 minutes. Definitely not recommending it.

Really great brewery. The food was delicious. We had different schnitzel. The waitress, Darya, very nice. The best service we have ever experienced. Despite stress, always nice and a smile. That must also be mentioned and praised.

Very nice beer and food for a very reasonable prize! Ben did a great work attending us. The place has a nice terrace. The inside is also very nice and comfortable. I do recommend this place if you visit Duisburg! You will not regret your visit!

Spectacular!!! restaurant of typical German food ...

Never in my life I have been treated with such disrespect. I would never return there and encourage anyone to stay far away from this place until a bit oldish lady who works there is still there. We were there, peacefully waiting for our table, we set and order our drinks, no complications. Since we wanted to watch the tv, where a football match was on, we just politly asked if there is any table free, where we could see the TV better. When we were told no, for us was fine and we continued having our drink. We never been in this brewery before, so when seated I went to the toilet and just, out of curiosity, wanted to see how the other area, a big eating salon, so far free of customers. looked like. I presume the area was reserved for some guests, but nothing was yet prepared. Suddenly the the oldish lady ran after me and dragged me by my arm and shouted in German, that this tables are not free and that I should go away. I was shocked, started to move away from there and just out of shock said, "Oh my god" (natural reaction when someone is dragging by the arm and shouting for no particular reason, she could just have told me that is reserved and i would say ok and leave), The place was an open space, not a private or restricted area, close to the entrance to stairs that lead to the toilets. What she did additionally, she repeated, now in English, after me: oh my god, while she was dragging me. It was one of the most shocking, humiliating and aggressive treatments I have ever experienced in my life in any restaurant and brewery. From there on a younger man served us and that was, all normal and without any problems. I live close to Duisburg and I would rather eat from the street then ever get into that place again. Regularly eating out, NEVER had an experience like that. The lady should be reported for harassment.

Really nice place to take a local beer and eat a delicious dish. Good price and polite staff. I suppose could better go for dinner because i went for lunch and It was almot empty. You should prove It!

The place is super nice and delicious. My girlfriend and i have been there multiple times, we have ordered everytime somrthing different and everytime we have been delighted by the great flavours of the food. The beer is one of my favorites. The service and attention are wonderful. The price is decent, and the quantity of the food is more than usual, but the quality is just amazing

Vey good place - amazing beer and amazing knuckle pork.

They serve the best bier in Duisburg. Food also very good but not exceptional and a bit expensive. The stuff is very friendly and they always try to help. The location is one of the most beautiful is in the city.
